ok so im a little bit of a hypocondriact.. or however you spell that. im only 12 but still. my whole chest hurts im 12 im five foot six and i weigh 139. so it might be out of shapeness…? well anyways it feels like a pulling sensation i think and the same as about a sharp feelling

your breast could be growing, trust me, I'm 19. There really injured when they grow.
Have you done a lot of phycical exericises like in PE or maybe on your own. You could have onver did it. When I was 12 I did 100 push ups just to get fix, it was stupid , I went about the rest of my day. Was fine when I went to day, went to school the next day my arm feel like hell, It was so weak I couldn't see write with my pen.

I heard it was heart burn. It can just come on any time. You eventually grow out of it. I'm 24 and haven't had one in YEARS!
Or it can also happen when you eat to quickly and you get indigestion pains. I wouldn't worry…but if it does happen a lot, go see your physician
