I have a chest cold and it feels ucky! I have a small cough but can't breathe too good. Which would be better a cool or warm mist humidifier???????????? If you don't know, please don't answer.

either will work..but be sure to clean the unit first because if there is any mold or mildew in it, then you will send the spores into the air and can make your congestion worse.
