Anything you apply to your face including female vaginal secretions can cause acne on your face. It clogs pores if it's not washed off. It's not the fluid itself that causes the acne; it's just the fact that it is clogging your pores with bacteria laden material.
It also would be advisable to see a dermatologist just to make sure that you haven't contracted herpes or HPV.

So many things will cause a teenager to break out, or he can break out at random. Or he’ll have changed habits, routines because of getting sex. Or excited/stressed over aspects of getting sex.
So no direct cause. That’s not plausible.
When I was in high school, the myth was that doing that would CURE acne!
