For the past few months I've been having problems with my hands. You know how when you bathe for too long, you get all pruny? Well… when I bathe, I'm pruny after two minutes and my hands have an excruciating pain. When it rains, my hands do it too. I'm only 15. Does it sound like I have arthritis? If not… what could it be? Thank you.

yeah you could have arthritis at any age really. Try visiting your doctor and he could treat you as soon as he diagnoses your problem.
