I called in “sick” and skipped work last night to go on a fishing trip with some friends I hadn't seen in quite some time. I used sunblock, but it washed off in the lake and now I’ve a bit of a sun burn. Its not terrible, but I have a pinkish glow to me.. enough to make my boss suspicious (tho I'm not worried, he's a cool guy. probably wouldn't care anyway) What are some good ways to treat it/reduce redness? Or, what are some good make-ups to use? Thanks!

Answer:
Put a bunch of aloe veara on it but make sure you wash your face before and leave it on for a while. Right before you go to work just put on extra moistuizer then put on your foundation and it should look like you put on a tiny bit of blush. good luck

Answer:
any make-up you put on it will irritate it, just because you were “sick” doesn't mean you can sit in your yard for some fresh air. as for the color, just time will make it go away

Answer:
It should be less noticeable tonight. Everyday it will improve. The only thing I can advocate is cover it with clothing if possible. Or put makeup on your face.

Answer:
i usually use
calendula
for things like that
