Pimples ?
What should be done - to how cleansing goes & helping skin with pimples?
Answer:
Find the ointment/external medication best fit for you type of skin first.
I can't suggest any treatment, because I don't know which one is good for your type of skin.
Then follow these rules that could all lead to your acne:
-make sure you’ve enough rest (8 hours+)
-do not eat oily/fatty acid containing/junk foods (if you do keep it in small amounts)
-eat lots of frutis and vegetables (good for hydrating, circulating, and cleansing within your body)
-drink lots of water (again, hydration inside your body is your friend)
tips:
-do not wash your face too much, to a point of washing your face too much, your face will become more oily (your body tries to recompensate the loss of oil from your face after you wash it too much)
-do not scratch your acne/pop too harshly— you don't want any marks/scars left behind, and usually, touching your face with your hands is unsanitary.
Answer:
Hello,
Acne is due to an overactivity and plugging of the oil glands. The main cause of acne is increased levels of hormones during adolescence. The white dot in the middle is due to white heads.
Acne usually lasts until age 20 or even 25. It is rare for acne to leave any scars unless picked.
Just keep you face clean by washing with a mild soap atleast twice a day.Pat it dry and don’t rub it.Avoid picking or pressing the acne. You can also use Benzoyl peroxide 5% lotion or gel once at bedtime. An amount of lotion the size of a pea should be enough to cover most of your face. If your skin becomes red or peels, you are using too much of the medicine or applying it too often.
Hope it helps.Take care and regards.

In my experience, taking greasy/high calorie foods out of your diet will work wonders. A small thing also is washing and changing out your pillow case regularly.
