I have a rash on my chest and neck…again!?

About a month ago, I had strep throat and took antibiotics. About 5 days after starting the meds, I developed a pimple-like rash over my entire chest. After about 4 days, it eventually cleared up.

Now, a month later, it's back! Only now it's on my chest and shoulders, as well as a little on my neck. The bumps are red and some are like whiteheads. The entire area is red. I don't think it's spreading now, but it just showed up over night.

Any ideas what’s could be?

Go see a dermatologist, but I had rashes to when I was taking Antibiotics. But I found out that it only came up when started drinking, so I stop, and the rashes did come back. I did go see a physician, he just gave me some lotion and that was it. So I state clean the area well with something like neutrogena bar soap, and scrub the area really well with a wash cloth, and use a lotion with aloe in it… good luck
