Is there a way to get rid of this mole on my face?

i have this largish mole right above my left upper lip. (some might call it a “beauty mark”) it seems like it is getting bigger and it's like a big lump. i heard that there is something you can get injected that shrinks it and i was wondering if that's true. also, where can you get it done, and how much would it cost?
