Okay so last year I went to Florida and I got 2nd and 3rd degree burns near my chest/shoulder area. I’ve healed, well not absolutely I don't think so. The physician said Id have skin damage for a long time/the rest of my life maybe. She stated the rest of my life might not happen. But its been about a yeah now and when I am in the shower washing with soap I start to itch where my burns where. The mole that I have on my neck has also turned crusty feeling a couple of days ago so that's why Im asking. My mole and neck did NOT get sun burnt. I also find that these very little, red spots pop up when Im itching it looks like blood nearly but very very small to where I’ve to squint and see it. There noticeable but not bam there it is noticeable. Also when I get embarrassed I start to itch where my sunburns where at. I can also get sun burnt really easily. I can be out side in the sun for about 15-30 minutes and have minor sunburn, to where my skin, mainly on my face and shoulders is red. Do I have skin cancer? OH im 15 by the way.

Not necessarily skin cancer, but it is worth getting it checked out by a doctor. What you describe could be lots of things, some not so scary, some a little more concerning. Make sure you ALWAYS wear sunscreen if you burn that easily. And see a physician soon!
