I’ve mild/moderate acne. recently there has been a blemish on my nose, it has caused my entire right nostril to feel pained and swollen. this has happened before, probably 2 times in the summer. it's now happening again. why is this? just because i have a pimple on my nose why does my entire right side of my nose injured and feel swollen? i've tried icing it but it's not really working. why is this happening and what can i do to relieve it? thanks.

trust me, i had the same problem and after i had my nose removed
