okay so my sister took olay or dove lotion with the sparkles and after like a day, her skin began to become red, and she began to get itchy, and got red spots that are getting bigger..is it hives or is it the lotion that’s causing the problems and is it contagious?

Maybe she’s allergic to something in that product, it will clear up, for the mean time, you should tell her to apply cetaphil that helps clear up rashes and etc, heres the link : http://www.cetaphil.com

And its not contagious.
If it gets worse and real bad, you should get her to see a doctor.
