um so yeah, i've kinda had an outburst of spots they're on the backa ma neck, on ma back, on ma shoulders down the top of ma arms nd sum occasionally on ma face.

I can’t help but PICK them all the time.
I don't wanna leave myself with any scars or anything cancerous. And i re-pick, and i can’t help it!
I ain't going to docs or anything with treatment — don't ask, i'm asking the questions here lol.
But seriously, just please help.
What do I do. I'm hardly eating anything sugary - ha, and i'm drinking a hella lotta water right now so it don't make any sense to me, basically.

Additionally, I thought i'd just let you all know i'm mega fatigued I didn't sleep til 5am lol. godddd……. i feel sick when i get up

Ok so you don't wanna see your Dr and its you asking the question but…..how old are you? If you're a teen then you're more prone…diet plays very little part in teen spots. Don't pick…I know, its hard.

Some quick home remedies that might be worth a try.

Mouth wash, its anti bacterial and cheaper than zit lotions, sanitize once or twice daily in the places you can reach. Avoid the face or apply with a cotton bud directly on the spot as it can be a little drying if it contains alcohol

Sudocreme…not just for babies bottoms, blob it on the spots and leave over night. 50/50 success rate.

Aspirin…crush them between spoons and mix with a tiny water to form a paste. Does have to be aspirin (not paracetamol or anything else) as its the salicylic acid in the aspirin that helps. Salicylic acid is the key ingredient in many zit treatments.

If all else fails then….oooooops nearly stated see your Dr.

Answer:
