OK so I woke up this morning and I saw that my lips all really swollen. And now it feels like it has like little bumps on it( but the bumps dont look like boils or anything. they are just very tinny hard bumps. they don't itch or anything. they are not reddish either). when i rub my lips against each other, I can feel that my lips are kind of rough. it feels kind of disgusting. I thought I had an allergic reaction but i didn't eat anything out of the yesterday. plus I also took benadryl but it didnt help much. my lips are not swollen anymore but the bumps are still there.I am kind of worried. please help.
Answer:
It could possibly be a cold sore. I get that and my lips get swollen up on the bottom all the time. The bump then goes away after a couple days. It bothers me so much but it eventually goes away. That could possibly be it. I know when I rub mine together when I have one, the bump is rough and dry.

**Edit: I know that it is called “oral herpes” but I call them cold sores. I do know that they’re transferred from kissing and stuff. I was just comparing what they said to what I’ve had before. And I said possibly cold sores.. it doesn't ness. mean that it is “Oral Herpes”.

this site has other things that it could be.
if you don't figure it out or it gets worse then go to the doctor. they have the ability to help, and don't be embarrassed, they've seen worse.
sorry but these people are so dumb. oral herpes is called a cold sore and it can be transmitted in other ways than sex. kissing, sharing a drink….
Answer:
you’ve to state your sexual history.. if you’ve had sex with those prostitutes or unprotected sex or by accidentally condom break, then chances are there for getting herpes.. but dont worry, for your lip problem go and get it checked from a dermatologist.. and get a hiv blood test done..
