I have plaque spots all over head to toe. What can I do to get any better? I've tried ointments and all sorts of old wives tales nothing works. Its so dry out and its so bad my skin cracks open and it hurts. PLEASE HELP!

Its an immune disease so if you really have psoriasis you should see your doctor and ask them. I know sun helps a lot, but its winter. Any medication you'd get from your physician might clear it up but it will also supress your immune system.
