On my pubic area around my penis. I have these bumps, they’re very hard to pop and when I do all they do is bleed a lot. I had one on my shaft and managed to pop it and a very hard rubber type ball came out. They do go away sometimes, the one on my shaft that I managed to pop has not come back. I’ve checked many sites and they look like none of the STDS listed so I know its not that. I’m over weight 275 and 6'0 I’m very safe when I do have sex.
Like I had said they look like ingrown hairs but they’re very, very difficult to pop and I know I should not do that. They are not clustered together like stds they’re few and far between. Anybody have a idea of what it could be?

It could be hives, I get them on my lower stomach and below my waistline if I'm stressed out a lot like after a big emotional fight or something tramatic/dramatic. Its just a reaction to something, not a std.
If you shave down there it might be ingrown hair, try trimming with clippers instead.
