Well, to clear it up, being a “carrier” means you’ve herpes…once you have it, you always have it. A person with it won't have symptoms all the time, but the virus is still there and can be passed on.
It won't keep someone out of the military, though.

I think many people get it when in the military, lol. I think they only test for HIV though. Should this person give it to another military person without prior disclosure… well that might be trouble
